Rapid Freezing

The finished dish is instantly cooled at ultra-low temperatures. This stage fixes the natural structure, color, aroma, and nutrients – like a freeze-frame of taste.

High-Precision Freeze-Drying

Then science takes over. Under deep vacuum conditions and at low temperatures, water from the product transitions directly from ice to vapor, bypassing the liquid state. This process, optimized together with specialists from the Technical University of Moldova, «seals» the taste, texture, and 100% of benefits – without preservatives and additives.

For over forty years, Ala has created magic in restaurant kitchens and at home. Everyone who has ever been her guest knows: a gathering at Ala's means aromatic stuffed cabbage, stew, European dishes, warm conversations, and a house full of friends. She is that Mama behind our taste. Authentic. Generous. Alive.

Irina grew up among these aromas, and one day realized: this taste must live longer than distance, work, or time. Freeze-drying technology became the answer: it doesn't just preserve food – it preserves culture, memory, family warmth. Now Ala's taste is available to those far from home. To those who work without breaks. To those who miss mother's kitchen. To those who want the real thing.

Our mission is extremely clear and honest: so that «longing for stuffed cabbage» is cured in 5 minutes. So that anytime and anywhere, a plate of warm, delicious, natural food awaits you – created by a master.

This project became reality thanks to the support of Orange Moldova's «Entrepreneurship from Zero» program. But it came to life thanks to people and the taste passed from heart to heart.
